The Emile Henry smooth Pizza Stone is a unique cooking tray made from refractory ceramic. It allows you to make delicious pizzas with a golden, crispy crust. Your pizza will be perfectly cooked, just like in a traditional pizza oven. The Ceramic coating enables it to prevent absorption of tastes and flavors meaning you can use it for fish, cookies, pizza, you name it. This also means it will not absorb soap when washing like other pizza stones may do. The smooth surface is ideal to knead and stretch the dough, as well as for garnishing the pizza. All that’s left to do is to place it in the oven to get a nice crispy crust. The large handles make the Pizza Stone easy to remove from the oven and serve on the table.
